Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Items that show signs of wear, are damaged, or are missing original tags may be denied a return. Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing of the refund depends on your payment provider's processing times. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are typically issued in the same form as the original payment. For example, credit card purchases will be refunded to the original credit card, while PayPal purchases will be refunded to the PayPal account used. Gift cards and store credits will be reissued as new credits.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider as some processing times may vary. Many financial institutions require additional time to post the refund to your account. If you've confirmed with your bank that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate the matter promptly.

For credit card refunds, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. If you paid with a debit card, the refund may take 3-5 business days to process. We recommend keeping all communication regarding your refund for reference until the process is complete.
